Review of the Rocket League game
I've always been skeptical about sports games. But there are pleasant exceptions, so I couldn't get past this game.
Graphics: Everything is beautifully detailed and looks beautiful - stadiums, cars and various visual effects.
Gameplay: The player controls a car with a rocket engine and tries to hit the ball, which is much larger than the cars themselves, into the goal, for which he gets points. The whole process resembles football, but with elements of a survival race. But not everything is so smooth. There is a certain imbalance in the game, it doesn't seem to be very noticeable, but still there. Most of all, I didn't like things like microtransactions with cases and players leaving. I mean, when you play on a random map, the match has just started, and the teammates just leave the match or immediately vote to give up. I just don't understand it. Yes, there are no adequate timates anywhere right now, but this is complete madness! I would ban you for such antics, of course, unless something is serious. Oh, so the cases! Well, damn, what are they for? Not only can they not be sold or bought on the trading platform, but only in a special store in the game. Well, just like CS:GO, I don't like it. On the one hand, you can get cool goodies there, but still I don't think these cases are needed, I want there to be fewer similar games with cases. Of course, the good news is that they release interesting and diverse DLCs that don't bother you and their prices don't bite. The controls are a bit unusual, but you can get used to it. I forgot to say that the game has its own hardcore and its own physics. It's quite difficult to play this game, you need not only to grow your hands from the right place, but just to be lucky.
Music: Everything is great here, some of the songs are on my phone.
Online: Everything seems to be fine here, sometimes the ping jumps, but this does not interfere with the game. I like that there are various modes here, somewhere you will only play solo, and you will have a lot of fun with your friends.
Advantages: Graphic component
The musical component
Online Component
Various modes and DLC
The optimization here is awesome
Cons: microtransactions with cases
, no punishment for leaving the match for no reason
Conclusion: In conclusion, I want to say that the game is worth the money. After CS: GO, I can say that this game became closer to me, I became less nervous because of the inadequacies, various boosters and cheaters, it pleasantly impressed me. There are disadvantages everywhere, but here there are fewer than in CS:GO, and this makes me very happy. I do not regret that I bought it and I advise you.
